Effective Date: This policy is effective from January 1, 2025, and applies to all purchases made from Patham Footwear's Patham Footcare Unit.

Custom Therapeutic Footwear

Important Notice: Due to the personalized nature of our therapeutic footwear, custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once manufactured to your specific measurements and requirements.

Exceptions for Custom Products:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If there are any manufacturing defects or quality issues with your custom footwear
  • Incorrect Specifications: If the product does not match the agreed specifications due to our error
  • Size Discrepancies: If the footwear significantly deviates from the measurements provided and verified
  • Medical Contraindications: If your doctor advises against using the footwear due to changes in your medical condition
Note: All custom footwear concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery for evaluation by our medical team.

Standard & Ready-Made Products

For our standard therapeutic footwear and accessories that are not custom-made:

Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Products should not show signs of wear or damage
  • Original receipt or invoice must be provided
  • Hygiene products and insoles cannot be returned once used

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Replacement recommendations when needed

Product Warranty:

  • Custom Therapeutic Footwear: 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Standard Products: 3 months warranty
  • Accessories: 30 days warranty

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Material defects and premature wear
  • Stitching and construction issues
  • Sole separation or detachment
  • Hardware failures (buckles, straps, etc.)
Warranty Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made by other parties are not covered.
